  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  1. Services and Transactions
  • Freelancers (Sellers): Freelancers can create profiles and offer copywriting services. All services must comply with our content guidelines.
  • Clients (Customers): Customers can browse and purchase services offered by freelancers. Payments must be made through the platform. Customers are charged immediately upon ordering a service. If a freelancer requests payment outside of our platform, please inform us immediately at info@fabletwist.com. This ensures your transaction is protected and complies with our terms of service.
  • Service Delivery: Sellers must deliver services within the agreed timeframe. Customers must provide necessary materials and feedback promptly.
  • Payment Terms: Payments are processed securely. Customers are charged immediately upon ordering a service.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • In case of disputes, users are encouraged to resolve issues directly. If unable to resolve, users can contact our support team.
  • We reserve the right to mediate disputes and our decision will be final and binding.
